Property Rentals Services
The Property Rental Service is tailored for property owners seeking to generate additional income by renting out their properties. Black Sea Holiday Rentals acts on a "No Let, No Fee" policy, meaning you won't incur any charges if we don't secure a booking. If we do succeed in booking your property, then a commission of 17.5% will be applied to each rental secured.
We will promote your property on both local and international platforms, utilising our website, social media channels, and popular booking sites such as Expedia, Airbnb, and Booking.com, among others.
The Property Rental Service also includes the following:
- Registering your property as a rental property with the relevant municipality following Bulgarian and EU laws.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be notified immediately of the rental dates to avoid possible double bookings. You'll get access to your own personal calendar, which you can edit at any time, and also keep track of your bookings.
- Declare and register all tourists' arrivals with the relevant municipality.
- Our team will take care of all the cleaning of the property and the laundry.
- Black Sea Holiday Rentals will welcome and greet your guests upon their arrival at your property, ensuring they receive the keys to the entrance and are given a tour around your property. A security deposit will also be taken from guests, which will be refunded upon departure after a full inspection of the property and its contents has been carried out by a representative of Black Sea Holiday Rentals to make sure I am happy that everything is in order.
- Free property management and key-holding services during the rental season.

- Stopping the water and electricity at the end of the rental season and switching it back on at the beginning of the season or at your request.
